Jazz Week 2011 is made up of various jazz events across City venues throughout the week. The week culminates in a free jazz evening at The Lincoln Hotel on Saturday 21st May, 6-9pm. Come along for a night of food, drink, and free entertainment including a dance masterclass!

Courtney Pine- LPAC 7.30pm
World famous saxophonist Courtney Pine will be performing at LPAC as part of the first National tour of his new album EUROPA. Recognised as a pioneer of the UK Jazz scene, Pine's music reflects the vibrancy of his continent of birth and takes inspiration from Gregorian chants, the warmth of Mediterranean music and the evocative melodies of the far north.

A free event featuring 5 piece band Midnight Masquerade and Jivefusion. An evening of eating, drinking and dancing, hosted by BBC Lincolnshire's Melvyn Prior.
