Christmas Lights Switch On 2011

The switching on of the Lincoln Christmas lights will this year take place on 17th November.
Lantern Parade
Thursday 15th December
Come and join a parade of primary school children as they carry lanterns from the Cornhill through High Street and up to Castle Hill where they will join the open air Nativity Service. Parade leaves Cornhill at 6pm. Bailgate shops open late.
Reindeer Parade
Thursday 8th December
Come and join a parade of 6 Cairngorm Reindeer as they pull Santa in his sleigh through Lincoln City Centre! Parade leaves Bailgate at 6pm heading down Steep Hill, The Strait and onto High Street.
