Following the successful ballot in 2005, Lincoln BIG has the mandate to deliver services for the period 2005 to 2010. We have become an established part of the local infrastructure as a provider of essential services and by giving businesses a more direct say in the issues that affect them.

However, at the end of this period, Lincoln BIG will only be able to extend this operation to 2015 through a new ballot. The ballot that will decide if the city centre will benefit from Lincoln BIG’s services from 2010 to 2015 will take place in October 2009. If the ballot is not successful, all activities will be wound up.

To ensure that there is a continuity of service and no loss of benefits to the city, Lincoln BIG has published a prospectus to tell people what has been achieved so far and what it would like to achieve in the next five years.
