New Theatre Royal Celebrates First Birthday

The New Theatre Royal is celebrating its first birthday with a variety show to enjoy all that makes the theatre special on Saturday 9th September.

Heart-warming soulful singer Andy Abraham is one of the UK’s greatest contemporary soul singers, solo artist Andy has had hit singles, albums, and sell-out performances since being a finalist in X-Factor.  Andy is a platinum-selling music artist that is widely acknowledged as one of Britain’s most dynamic male vocalists, certainly his X-Factor appearances saw him own familiar, but classic songs such as ‘The Greatest Love of All’, ‘Unforgettable’ and ‘Me and Mrs Jones’.

Magician and comedian Martin Daniels has appeared as a magician and actor on some of Britain’s most well-respected stages, performing at the Royal Variety Show at the Royal Albert Hall and London’s Prince of Wales Theatre, Daniels has done everything from the Magic Man to Christmas panto.

BRIT school graduates and Britain’s Got Talent Stars Twist and Pulse have toured the UK and Ireland, performing to over 1 million people, most recently they returned to our screens as mentors and choreographers of their own dance company.

The phenomenal Faith Tucker is classical-crossover singer, she is an artist that truly delivers something different, Faith loves to sing pop, opera, and classical music and is one of Britain’s young up and coming singing sensation.

Lincolnshire local talent is represented by the County Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society (CAODS) who have been performing at this Theatre since 1950, we are delighted that they have agreed to join our celebrations and will be performing extracts from Out of The Hat. All Stars Academy presenting a jazz set and for the first time to our stage we welcome Irish Dance Academy the Devaney-Togher Academy.

Lincs FM Presenter John Marshall will be our host for the evening.
