- Papers received: 349 (44% turnout)
- Number of yes votes: 257 (79% yes)
- Number of no votes: 68 (21% no)
- Spoilt papers: 24
- Rateable value of yes votes: 13,283,470 (83%)
- Rateable value of no votes: 2,725,000 (17%)
