Lincoln BIG manages the Lincoln Visitor Information Centre in Castle Hill under a service level agreement with the City Of Lincoln Council.
The Visitor Information Centre provides Information and gives advice on where to visit, what's on, public transport enquiries and much more.
Shop at the Information Centre for local gifts and souvenirs, we have a new range of Lincoln souvenirs including tastes of Lincolnshire & Select Lincolnshire produce - ideal for gifts and gifts for corporate packages. We can order bulk quantities for Lincoln BIG members and offer a 10% discount.
Tickets are sold for local events.
We offer an accommodation booking service for local and national bookings.
We can provide a free local information stand to be housed within a City business, benefiting from the promotion of being an information point and we provide free city maps.
There are promotional opportunities within the Lincoln Visitor Information Centre for Lincoln BIG members. We offer a 50% discount on our normal window display charges.
