Structure
Lincoln BIG is a business in its own right, which is controlled by a board made up of its members. Lincoln BIG’s day-to-day activities are delivered by a team of 16 people, 11 of whom are directly employed by the company.
The team is made up of people who deliver our core activities:
- Events and promotions
- Evening economy management
- Lincoln in Bloom
- Safety strategy
- Street management
- Access initiatives.
We are supported by a team of four Community Support Officers, through our sponsorship agreement with Lincolnshire Police, to deliver our safety strategy.
Our membership services are delivered in partnership with Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce with whom we work closely to improve representation for all businesses in the BID area.
