The Business Improvement Group's team will be one of 16, representing local businesses and organisations from the city and surrounding area.
Crews, who will be watched by several hundred spectators are aiming to raise plenty of funds for The Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance and Nomad, part of YMCA Lincolnshire. These two extremely vital charities are making a difference to people's lives every day.
This popular event, which is being hosted by Ringrose Law, will see crews race brightly painted, 30-foot long Chinese boats over a 200-metre course along the Brayford Waterfront, to see who can be crowned the 2019 Dragon Champions.
The action starts at 12 noon and there will also be plenty of stalls to visit and activities for families to get involved without throughout the day.
This year's event is sponsored by local construction firm, Belton Construction. Belton has a large client base and maintains a lot of loyal clients including the NHS, local authorities, county councils, private architect practices and private clients.
Ringrose Law event organiser Alex Bennett said: "We are sure that crews and spectators alike will enjoy a fantastic day of racing. With races every 10 to 15 minutes throughout the day and plenty of entertainment on the Brayford Waterfront.
Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance spokeswoman Tanya Taylor said: "We are delighted that so many local companies and organisations are supporting this event. Through their generosity we hope to raise a significant sum of funds for ourselves and Nomad."
