Lincoln BIG would like to gather a range of high quality images as a record of all the services, events and developments that make Lincoln a great place to live, work and visit.
Lincoln Business Improvement Group (BIG) delivers a programme of services, events and activities which aim to raise the consumers and business experience of Lincoln City Centre. We aim to put Lincoln on the map as a retail and tourist destination and improve the experience of the city centre for all who live, work, invest and visit.
This tender process is being led by Lincoln BIG, supported by our partners Visit Lincoln.
In order to celebrate all that is good about our city we would like to ensure we have a high-quality range of images as a record of all the events, services and developments that take place in the City and the areas in which Lincoln BIG delivers projects. The images should be suitable for use on website/s, social media and in printed materials.
To do so we require the services of a photographer/s to provide:
- A range of seasonal images of the City across a year; and
- Photographic services on a retainer basis for a period of a year to cover events or specific images as requested
The area covered by Lincoln BIG is the part of Lincoln city centre covering the historic Cathedral Quarter, the High Street, Cultural Quarter, St Marks Shopping Centre and Brayford Waterfront, together with the University of Lincoln campus to the west and Lincoln College campus to the east. However in addition Lincoln BIG delivers Collaboration 4 Growth, an ERDF funded project covering the wider city, North Kesteven and West Lindsey districts and there will be a requirement to photograph/film events taking place in the entire area.
The aim would be that the images reflect the sights of the City, at work, rest and play – including iconic images as well as day to day images of Lincoln as a thriving community.
It is anticipated that the project will commence on Monday 2nd March 2020, and will last for up to one calendar year with a one month’s notice period required by both parties to terminate the arrangement.
