Before finding the meditative “Magic Medium” of mosaics, I spent my career as a Senior Designer in London, crafting visual stories for global giants like Disney and Nickelodeon. Today, I’ve traded the fast-paced studio for the soulful, tactile world of reclaimed art. In this workshop, I’m bringing that high-level design intuition to you. We’ll explore the “dance” between the intentional (technical precision and composition) and the intuitive (the artist’s eye for colour and texture).
The Experience: Wholesome & Expert-Led
Step into a bright June morning where the music is curated, the conversation flows, and the creativity is expert-led. You aren’t just “sticking tiles”, you are learning the professional art of hand-cutting and shaping fragments. We’ll work with a hand-selected collection of vintage crockery and reclaimed ceramic tiles, giving a second life to forgotten pieces through a designer’s lens.
