Lincoln BIG partners with LCR FM to give businesses a voice!
Lincoln BIG is proud to be working with LCR FM, Lincoln’s much-loved community radio station, to help shine a spotlight on the city’s businesses.
Since launching in 2010, LCR FM has become an integral part of Lincoln life, powered by passionate volunteers from all walks of life – from experienced media professionals to people fulfilling a lifelong dream of being involved in radio. Thanks to their dedication, the station continues to go from strength to strength, providing entertainment, interviews, specialist shows, and the very latest local news and information to listeners across the city and surrounding villages.
This new partnership means Lincoln BIG levy payers can benefit from even more exposure. As well as offering affordable advertising and sponsorship opportunities, LCR FM invites businesses into the studio to share their news, tell their story, and connect directly with the community.
Courtney Harrison, Marketing Coordinator at Lincoln BIG, explains:
“Partnering with LCR FM gives us an incredible platform to connect with the local community and showcase the vibrant businesses within Lincoln. It’s a fantastic way to update people on our campaigns and events, while also spotlighting our levy payers in a friendly, engaging environment. We’re excited to keep building this partnership and helping our city’s businesses shine even brighter.”
Amy Claridge, Chair and Director of LCR FM – and a Lincoln BIG levy payer herself – adds:
“Teaming up with Lincoln BIG is perfect for everyone. Lincoln BIG has so much to share with our listeners, and this partnership creates a great opportunity for levy payers to spread their news on air. Courtney is joining us monthly for a chat on our Drive show with Graham King, and you’ll also hear Lincoln BIG sponsorship trails across our programmes. It’s going to be a really beneficial partnership all round.”
You can tune into LCR FM on 103.6 FM or listen live at lcrlincoln.com. Businesses interested in getting involved can contact Amy directly at [email protected].
