Hospitality, tourism, leisure and retail businesses in Lincolnshire can now join the Good Student Employer Charter, a new initiative for employers who hire students.
Jointly launched by the University of Lincoln, Destination Lincolnshire and the Institute of Hospitality, this new scheme will help business owners and team leaders attract, retain and get the best from their student-workers.

It’s an initiative for businesses in the visitor economy (leisure, tourism, hospitality, retail) that hire students and want to champion best practice in student employment.
