Lincoln BIG celebrates the businesses going the extra mile at the 2026 GEM Awards

Lincoln BIG is celebrating the businesses and teams recognised as winners at this year’s Lincoln BIG GEM Awards, celebrating those who go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Lincoln city centre.

The annual GEM Awards shine a spotlight on the people and businesses that help make Lincoln a great place to visit, shop, eat, stay and enjoy. From independent retailers and restaurants to national brands, hospitality businesses and professional services, this year’s winners represent the breadth and diversity of Lincoln’s city centre business community.

Each winner has been recognised for the quality of the experience they provide and for the teams and individuals who consistently put customers first.

The awards highlight the important role that excellent customer service plays in Lincoln’s city centre, recognising the businesses that create memorable experiences and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere enjoyed by residents and visitors alike.
