The judging took place throughout August and September by an independent, specialised company, Storecheckers to ensure all participating businesses are judged fairly and equally.
The stage is set, the 27 shortlisted businesses have been chosen, and excitement is mounting for the first ever GEM Awards!
The awards saw an impressive amount of business nominations, with a few organisations receiving a staggering 100% achievement for their excellent customer service.

The grand awards night, where the winners of the first ever GEM Awards will be announced, is scheduled to take place on 11th October 2023 at Home Lincoln. From 6.30pm, shortlisted businesses and over 150 of their employees are invited to celebrate their success and enjoy a drink reception with delicious canapés and brilliant photo opportunities.
The Lincoln BIG team wish all the shortlisted businesses the best of luck and look forward to an evening of celebration and recognition of exceptional hard work.
Over the next few weeks, all nominated businesses will receive thorough feedback on their customer experience.
