Santa and his elves will be returning to the Waterside on Saturday until Christmas.
The grotto will be open from 11am-5pm Monday to Saturday and from 10.30am-4.30pm on Sundays and is located on the Waterside level close to New Look and Superdrug.
This year, you will need to book your visit to see Santa either online by clicking here, or by using the QR code which will be displayed outside the grotto. Only one family will go into the grotto to see Santa at any one time.
An audience with Santa costs just £6, plus £1.50 booking fee. Every child receives a present and parents having the opportunity to purchase additional personalised items.
There’s always lots of preparation to do in the run-up to Christmas, but thankfully the Waterside has several late-night shopping evenings. The Centre will be open until 8pm on Thursday 23rd November, 14th December and 21st December. In addition, the Centre will be open until 7pm on 30th November and 7th December.
