Turn Your World Upside Down as the Anti Gravity Box comes to the Lawn in Lincoln!

Over 4 long weekends this summer, the Lawn in Lincoln will be hosting the Anti Gravity Box – a fun and simple family-friendly installation that lets you get creative and capture hilarious photos of your family and friends where you appear to be defying gravity and hanging from the ceiling!

The Box was first commissioned for the Gravity Fields Festival in Grantham and has also been seen at the Leeds Film Festival, Cambridge Science Festival, the Perfect Day Festival, Peterborough Celebrates Festival and in many other places too.

The concept is actually extremely simple, but incredibly effective and offers the potential for all kinds of creative fun. It is always popular with children and family groups, but also surprisingly popular with teenagers, adults and older people too and is accessible for those with physical & learning disabilities including those in wheelchairs.

Simon Hollingworth (also known as Mr Holly) is the Creative Producer behind the Box and is very excited to be bringing the installation to the Lawn: “The Anti Gravity Box is a brilliantly simple bit of creative fun that people just seem to love doing. The fact that you really have to think about how to get the best photos when you’re inside it, is all part of the experience and the fun.”

“Next year will mark the 300th anniversary of the death of the global science icon and Lincolnshire legend Sir Isaac Newton and there is going to be a lot happening across the UK and indeed the world to commemorate his extraordinary achievements.
